Royal steak

The Windsor Farm Shop is located near to Datchet in Berkshire. It’s a fantastic shop that sells all sorts of products from the Royal farms and other local specialists. Naturally they have a great meat section stuffed full of the finest blue-blooded beef. We picked up 1.5kilos of their finest sirloin. Grilled it on the BBQ for a few minutes either side and served with a simple salad and a nice glass of Rioja. A perfect start to the weekend.
